Soulframe Founders will receive a Bloom depending on their style of Founders access, which they can plant in the Eternium Gardens adorned with their Envoy name. This Bloom will remain in the Eternium Gardens for all players to see.

You can purchase multiple Founders bundles, however you can only receive one of each type of bundle. For example you can purchase Wyld Tethren and Wyld Oscelda, or choose to upgrade from Wyld Tethren to the Paragon Founders but you would not receive any duplicate items.

Absolutely, make sure you’re logged in, and select the bundle you want to upgrade to. You'll only need to pay the difference between them.

No. Individual items and bonus content can only be obtained by purchasing a Founders bundle.

Gifting Founders bundles is not currently available. We're optimistic that we can figure out a solution for gifting at a later date though, so stay tuned for more information.

Not at this time. There are future plans to add the ability for Founders to share Fragments of the Paragon Greatsword for crafting by other players, but details have not been finalized. Please stay tuned for more details as development continues.

No, you cannot trade or sell these items between players.

There is no set end date for Founders yet, but if you're interested, we encourage you to join us in crafting Soulframe together. We will give at least 30 days notice before closing Founders to give players ample time to decide. Founders will also reopen for a time-limited window on new platforms as we add them in the future.

Items in Founders bundles will be unattainable once the opt-in period is over. The only way to obtain these items is through one of these bundles. Founders will reopen for a time-limited window on new platforms as we add them in the future.

A version of Founders will exist for consoles, when the time comes!

Soulframe Founders bundles are available to players globally with the exception of Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, as well as the Crimea region, the Donbas region and the Luhansk region. Players in Russia and Belarus can make accounts, but purchases will not be possible at this time. Please note that while a Founders bundle can be purchased internationally, the game may not yet be localized (voice and text) in your native language.

No, all players who had access to Preludes before Founders launched will keep their access. In addition, we will still be doing free weekly invitations for players who sign up to join Preludes.

No, there will be no more account resets in Soulframe Preludes.

To access your Founders content after purchasing, log into the game. If you don't see your items in-game when you purchase, log out of Soulframe and then back in. Your items should be available in your inventory after logging in.

Friend codes for Preludes access will be available immediately. The Envoy's Sphere Longsword Skin codes will be available when The Old Peace releases.

Once you purchase a Founders bundle of your choice, you will be able to access the Founders Merch Store from the Thank You page at time of purchase or your Soulframe Account Management page. You will be able to add item(s) to your cart and finalize your order.

Purchase of any Wyld Founders bundle (Wyld Tethren, Wyld Oscelda, or Wyld Sirin) will grant you access to purchase the Standard Founders Merch Collection. Those who purchase a Paragon Founders Bundle will also be eligible to order a Paragon Founders Merch Collection. Each merch bundle includes a different style of T-shirt, a commemorative Soulframe pin, and an art card.

Those who are eligible for the Soulframe Founders Paragon Collection can also add the basic Soulframe Founders Collection to their order for the cost of that collection.

You may add a Founders Collection to your order as a Paragon Founder, but you must pay for the additional items and added shipping cost.

Should you choose to refund your purchase, when your refund request is processed, your merch order will be cancelled.
