Preludes 16: Of Hook & Hound Teaser
New Features
Wolf Pup Bonding
Your puppy chosen during The Shewolf Snared will now accompany you while you adventure, and what you choose to do with your pup will affect how they grow! Play, explore, train, and fight with your packmate to form an ironclad bond.
Feed your pup in the Nightfold and summon them to join you in Midrath. Complete tasks such as playing fetch, treasure hunting, petting, and combat to increase the pup's capabilities related to those activities.
The activities you choose to complete will be reflected in the growth of your pup. A more combat-focused training regimen will make your pup become a fearsome guardian, while the more curious, treasure-focused pup will help you locate resources and uncover hidden loot!
Fishing for Finners
Retrieve Doyen's Spool from Grandfa's hut and cast your first line upon Midrath's coastlines and ponds! Become an expert angler as you experiment with Lures, master the reel, and chase the rarest, most corrupted finners in Midrath's myriad waters.
Dynamic Weather
The weather will now periodically shift through different conditions as you explore. Sunny skies may quickly fade to gloomy fog or even raging lightning storms, adding more variety to Midrath's days and nights. Weather will also have gameplay effects such as lightning enhancing Voltaic Magick or rain helping organic resources bloom!
New Weapons and Armour

Shrine Matchmaking
Group up with Envoys much easier in Preludes 16! Revive Shrines across the isle now allow Envoys to matchmake into a Party. Either above ground or in Dungeons, rally to your fellow Envoys' aid and explore together.
QOL Improvements
Tempers and Crafting
Tuvulkane can now alter your Weapon's Tempers, fine-tuning your Equipment to suit how you like to play. Dismantling Weapons with Tempers will grow the Steelsinger's understanding of those Tempers. Dismantle that Temper enough and Tuvulkane will permanently be able to add it to other Weapons!
